Assabah College of Arts and Science organized an online Faculty Development Program (FDP) in collaboration with ERP LMS Embase software on December 30, 2023. The FDP aimed to familiarize teachers with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and the implementation of ERP LMS Embase software in academic settings. All faculty members from various departments actively participated in the session, gaining insights into innovative educational practices and enhancing their teaching methodologies. The program provided a platform for educators to exchange ideas, learn about best practices, and explore effective strategies for incorporating OBE into their teaching approach. Overall, the FDP facilitated professional development and equipped teachers with valuable tools to promote student-centric learning and improve educational outcomes.
