On October 23, 2019, a seminar titled "Adolescence: Strength, Courage, and Consideration" was conducted, featuring Mrs. Rubeena, a Senior Civil Police Officer from Changaramkulam, as the presenter. The seminar aimed to shed light on the unique challenges faced by adolescents and the importance of resilience, bravery, and empathy during this transitional phase of life. Mrs. Rubeena shared insights gleaned from her experience, offering guidance on navigating adolescence with strength, courage, and consideration for oneself and others. The seminar provided attendees with valuable perspectives and strategies to empower adolescents to overcome obstacles and thrive during this crucial period of development.
