The Women's Development Cell (WDC) collaborated with the District Women Development Cell to conduct a webinar on "Gender Awareness Programme" on July 15, 2021. Lijisha, a Research Associate from IRTC, Mundoor, led the presentation, providing valuable insights into gender-related issues and fostering awareness among participants. The webinar aimed to promote gender equality and empower individuals with knowledge to create a more inclusive society.
