On 10-09-25 in a joint initiative to enhance the employability of final-year students, ASAP Kerala, in collaboration with Assabah Arts and Science College, organized a specialized workshop titled "ATS Resume Writing and LinkedIn Basics for Graduates."

The session was designed to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements, providing students with the essential tools needed to navigate the modern job market.

            Key Highlights of the Event

            The workshop focused on two critical pillars of modern job seeking:

ATS-Friendly Resumes: Guidance on how to craft resumes that pass through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring students' applications actually reach human recruiters.

LinkedIn Optimization: A deep dive into building a professional digital presence, networking strategies, and leveraging LinkedIn for career opportunities.

            Leadership and Coordination

            The program was conducted under the expert supervision of Dr. Harikrishnan K., the ASAP College Coordinator, who emphasized the importance of skill acquisition alongside traditional degrees. The programme inaugurated by Principal Prof Mohamed Koya M N, the session handled by Mubashira, 3^rd Semester BA English Student and ASAP Skill Champion who provided practical insights and step-by-step demonstrations on resume formatting and profile building.
