BEHIND THE SUCCESS

The Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Club of Assabah Arts and Science College, Valayamkulam, organized a live interview programme titled “Behind the Success” on 14 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The programme featured Mr. Udhayan, Managing Director of Chithra Jewellery, Changaramkulam, as the guest entrepreneur.
The programme was organized with the objective of providing students with an opportunity to interact directly with a successful entrepreneur and gain practical insights into the business world. The interview focused on the entrepreneur’s journey, experiences, challenges, decision-making, business strategies, and the factors that contributed to his success.
Mr. Udhayan shared valuable experiences from his entrepreneurial journey and motivated students to develop confidence, creativity, determination, and a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship. The interaction helped students understand the practical aspects of starting and managing a business beyond what is learned through textbooks.
The programme provided an inspiring and informative platform for students to learn from a real-life entrepreneur. It also encouraged students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
The programme concluded successfully with active participation and interaction from the students. The ED Club expressed its gratitude to Mr. Udhayan for sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences with the students.
