The Unarvu Counselling Centre, Assabah Arts and Science College, Valayamkulam, conducted an awareness programme titled “Beyond the Screen, Beyond Addiction” at Samskruthi School, Kakkidippuram on 8 July 2026 at 10:15 AM.The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Ajeesh Joseph, Principal, Samskruthi School. The awareness session was handled by Ms. Afeefa M.K., Psychologist, Unarvu Counselling Centre, focusing on healthy lifestyle practices, drug abuse prevention, and responsible digital living. Through interactive discussions and activities, students gained awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and excessive mobile phone use, along with strategies to maintain mental well-being and healthy digital habits.A total of 97 students participated in the programme. The session concluded with an interactive discussion and Q&A, encouraging students to make positive, healthy, and responsible life choices.
