On August 14, 2023, NSS 240 volunteers from Assabah College demonstrated their commitment to community service by organizing a cleaning program at the home of Brother Noushad in Alamcode Panchayat, Ward 2. Recognizing Brother Noushad's bedridden condition and inability to maintain his living space, the volunteers undertook various cleaning activities, including house and yard cleaning, sanitization, and waste management. Their efforts not only transformed Noushad's environment into a cleaner and more hygienic space but also uplifted his spirits and improved his overall well-being. The program's impact extended beyond physical cleanliness, fostering a sense of compassion and social responsibility among the volunteers. By actively participating in community service, they not only made a tangible difference in Noushad's life but also internalized the values of empathy and altruism, contributing to their personal growth and development as responsible citizens.
