On 27/07/2026, the PG Department of Food Science and Technology, Assabah Arts and Science College, organized “Fiesta Del Choco 2.0” on behalf of International Chocolate Day under the monitoring of IQAC.The event was inaugurated by Prof. Mohammed Koya, Principal of Assabah Arts and Science College. A variety of chocolate stalls showcased students’ creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.The exhibits were evaluated by a three-member judging panel comprising Mr. Baiju (Vice Principal), Mr. Shahid, and Ms. Afeefa. A Reel Competition was also conducted as part of the celebration.The First Prize was awarded to Stall No. 1 – MSc Food Science and Technology (Second Year) for their outstanding performance.The event concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty, making Fiesta Del Choco a memorable celebration of International Chocolate Day.
