On 30th October 2024, the PG Department of Physics and Science Club at Assabah Arts and Science College, Valayamkulam, organized a program in the conference hall to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Homi J. Bhabha, the visionary pioneer of India’s nuclear program. The event was attended by students, faculty, and guests, celebrating Dr. Bhabha’s invaluable contributions to science.

The program began with a welcome address by Ananda Krishnan, the event coordinator, who highlighted Dr. Bhabha’s impact on Indian science and his role in establishing the country's nuclear research foundation. Following this, the Honorable Vice Principal, Dr. Baiju M.K., inaugurated the event, inspiring the audience with words on Dr. Bhabha’s legacy and the importance of scientific pursuit.

The presentation was led by Shamsiya, a first-year MSc Physics student, who guided the program with enthusiasm.
The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ranjuraj K., Head of the PG Department of Physics.
