SEMINAR : MILLET

VINEETHA K, the Food Safety Officer from Ponnani Circle, as the resource person. Mis. VINEETHA K also delved into topics such as the promotion of culinary innovation with millet-based foods, global Millet Food Day initiatives, and the economic and ecological advantages of integrating millets into agriculture.
