Pathway Social Life Wellness Programme 2023-24: Empowering Minority Youth at Assabah Arts and Science College
The Pathway Social Life Wellness Programme 2023-24 organized by the Department of Psychology and Mental Health Club at Assabah Arts and Science College was a comprehensive three-day initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being of minority youth. Held from November 7 to 9, 2023, at the college's conference hall, the program featured insightful sessions covering various aspects of social wellness. Topics ranged from introductory discussions and marriage dynamics led by Mrs. Munshidha K, to effective communication skills and healthy online interactions facilitated by Mrs. Hajara M V. Other sessions addressed critical issues such as managing relationships with in-laws and conflict resolution techniques by Mrs. Sabira V, as well as parenting skills, sex education, and family budgeting led by Mrs. Dr. Zeyana Salam and Mrs. Suharabi P, respectively. The program also included sessions on the legal and religious aspects of marriage led by Adv. Huck. With enthusiastic participation from 35 students, the initiative received positive feedback for its relevance and practical insights, culminating in the distribution of certificates by Principal Prof. MN Muhammed Koya and other faculty members to acknowledge the successful completion of the program.
