Reading Week Celebration Organized
Valayamkulam: The Malayalam Department and College Library of Assabah Arts and Science College jointly organized a Reading Week celebration. College Principal Professor Muhammad Koya M.N. inaugurated the event, at which writer Sumesh Niharika delivered the keynote address. He added that reading habits should be cultivated in a way that equips people to face present-day political and social circumstances. Malayalam Department Head Praveen K.U., College Vice Principal Dr. Baiju, Librarian Sinoj, the College Union Chairman, and teachers Saranya and Muhammad Asif spoke on the occasion. Malayalam teacher Muhammad Asif administered the Reading Day pledge.
