The Department of Psychology, in association with the Mental Health Club, organized PSYXPO on 21st October 2024 at 10:00 AM as a part of World Mental Health Day. The event was inaugurated by Ms. Sunaina M Sulaiman, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department at Ansar Women's College, Perumpilavu.

The event featured various activities aimed at engaging students and enhancing their understanding of psychological concepts in an interactive manner:

A Psychology Exhibition displayed informative models and posters, covering various psychological theories, disorders, and famous psychologists.
Interactive Games were organized to test cognitive skills, perception, and reaction time, which drew a large number of participants.
A Movie Screening of a psychology-themed films followed by a discussion session provided deeper insight into the emotional and psychological aspects depicted in the movie.
A Crime Scene Simulation allowed students to role-play as detectives, applying psychological principles to solve a mock crime, adding a unique hands-on experience to the event.
PSYXPO 2024 was a successful initiative, drawing enthusiastic participation and leaving a positive impact on all attendees. The event effectively blended education with entertainment.
