On November 3, 2025, the "Sardar@150 Unity March" was organized in Ponnani under the spirited theme "Ek Bharat Aatmanirbhar Bharat." Conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with MY Bharat and the National Service Scheme (NSS), the event served as a tribute to the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The proceedings began at 9:00 AM with the Unity March, which was officially flagged off by Shri. Sivadas Attupuram, the Honorable Chairperson of Ponnani Municipality, symbolizing the collective strength and resilience of the nation.

Following the march, a formal stage programme was convened to honor the legacy of the Iron Man of India. After an opening prayer, Shri Ameen Farook, the NSS Programme Officer at MI Training College, Ponnani, delivered the welcome address. The presidential address was given by Shri Unnikrishnan D, Deputy Director of MY Bharat, Malappuram, setting the tone for the session. The event was formally inaugurated by Shri Anil Kumar M, State Director of MY Bharat (Kerala Zone), while Dr. Zubair A A, Principal of MES Ponnani College, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The gathering also received felicitations from Shri Asik N P, NSS Programme Officer at MTM College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Veliyancode, and Shri Abdul Rahman P, NSS Programme Officer at Assabah College of Arts & Science, Valayamkulam. The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Yusafali C, NSS Programme Officer at MES Ponnani College, acknowledging the efforts of all participants and organizers in making the event a success.
