The Food Technology Department of Assabah P G successfully concluded an intensive add-on course from April 15 to 20. This comprehensive course focused on four key certifications: HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 4 (UK certification), FOSTAC Level 2, and ISO 22000 Internal Auditor. With a total of forty-eight enthusiastic participants, the program aimed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in food safety and quality management systems. Notably, as part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), students from ICA College, Thozhiyur, also actively participated, enriching the collaborative learning experience. This initiative underscores Assabah's commitment to providing holistic education and fostering industry-relevant skills among its students.
